Dr. Boney works with children who exhibit challenging behaviors, developmental delays and social-emotional difficulties. He takes a systems-level approach to treatment by actively engaging with caregivers, teachers and therapists to build continuity of care and skill development across settings.

Philosophy and Approach

Dr. Boney believes early intervention and data-driven strategies are key to helping kids reach their full potential. At SPBS he leads a team of behavior analysts, therapists and educators focused on creating positive change in the lives of children and their families.

In his own words, Dr. Boney says:

“meet each child where they are… using objective data to guide progress and empower families to feel confident and supported throughout the process.”

He also emphasizes the importance of collaborative coaching and functional skill-building so children not only reduce problem behaviors but also acquire new skills that enhance their quality of life.
